Good location, easy access to the center or fast roads, with the advantage of tranquility and the bucolic landscape. Very comfortable room, super friendly and helpful staff, with a highlight to Sofia, responsible for the breakfast room, which we always took outdoors and was super nice, in addition to rich and good quality / variety. The only negative point, the lack of maintenance of the exterior of the building (washing of the stones and walls that are dark) and also of the gardens. The grass in bad condition, herbs to create bush, dead birds inside the empty springs, in front of the breakfast room. A do, a good infrastructure that can value immense, is abandoned.

Well located, on the outskirts of the city center of Viseu. We were very well received and treated from the beginning of our stay by the reception and breakfast teams. We stayed with our little bitch and provided amenities such as bed, blanket, diners and a toy which shows excellent attention to detail. Good luck and all the team and until next time! We love it!
