Hotel Cascais Miragem Health and Spa

The hotel is very beautiful and elegant, very quiet, ideal for a few days of relaxation, all the common areas are very well maintained and everything is very clean. The pool always has lounge chairs available, and it also has indoor pools. The service is extraordinary, always attentive to needs and with many thoughtful touches every day. The only disappointment is the view from the room, which, after booking a superior one with a balcony through the agency by paying an extra fee, since they advertised on their website that those rooms had views of the hotel garden or Estoril, in reality, it had no view at all, just some bushes, and furthermore, a road passed very close by and the noise of the cars could be heard quite a bit even at night. On the other hand, it was supposed that in high season there would be a buffet at night, just as they advertise on their welcome sheet, and that didn't exist either; half board was with an à la carte restaurant for dinner, although it was very well served and everything was exquisite. There was also no atmosphere at night to have a drink, despite having magnificent facilities with a spectacular terrace at the pool with views of the sea; I don't know where people went at night. The rooms are large but need some renovations; the faucets are outdated and somewhat damaged, and the bed moved a huge amount. They put the extra bed in the middle of the room just any old way without a headboard support, nightstand, or anything. It's a shame about those details, as it would have made for a complete 5-star experience.

We had a very nice experience at Miragem. The hotel is close to the centre, the rooms are spacious and we had a large balcony facing the ocean. The pool area is calm and nice, the breakfast is not too big, but you will find all the essential. The service is ok, nothing special. We loved the small extras, for example room cleaning twice a day and the small good night note and chocolate as well as the pastries 🙏. Would return!

Best hotel ever!!! I cannot fully express how excellent this hotel is. In July 2026, after a long overnight flight and little sleep, the Miragem welcomed us warmly and from that moment, our time here was pure bliss. The staff is excellent, the food and coffee were phenomenal, and the location was just perfect. Oh, and the immaculate pool overlooking the ocean was immaculate. Just steps from the boardwalk, the Miragem is an ideal gateway to exploring wonderful Cascais, and will immediately make you feel at home.
