Sao Mamede Hotel

Starting with the fact that the information sent by email states that the tourist fee was already included in the total value of the reservation and then at the time of check-in we were charged the same and without a plausible justification. Room without air conditioning, without an extra to be provided. Clothes taken at the time of cleaning the room. After the first night we were bitten by several mosquitoes because the cleaners left the windows open we left several warnings for them not to open the windows, but they still always did the same. The only good thing to point only even the quality of breakfast.

We chose this hotel to go to a concert at the Casino and it was a great experience! Good location

We stayed at Hotel São Mamede Estoril for one week, and our experience was excellent from start to finish. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the beach and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. The hotel staff deserve special praise – everyone, both the daytime and night shift teams, was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms are comfortable and cozy, and the hotel is currently being renovated. We were lucky enough to stay in one of the newly renovated rooms, which was modern and very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, and housekeeping did an outstanding job every day. Our room was cleaned daily, and the towels were replaced every day, even when we hadn't used them. The TV offers a wide selection of international channels in many different languages, and the Wi-Fi was fast, stable, and reliable throughout our stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly, especially during the warm summer days. Breakfast is simple and basic. The selection is the same every day, which is probably the only area that could be improved. However, with a little creativity, you can still put together a satisfying breakfast. Parking can be a bit challenging, but we always managed to find a space on the nearby streets. The beach is only a few minutes away, and although the railway line is close to the hotel, we quickly got used to the trains and they never became an issue. Thank you for providing the beach umbrella :о). After spending a full week here, we can honestly say everything was wonderful. We would gladly stay here again.
