Excellent hotel, good facilities, well placed for exploring Lisbon, very friendly staff. Lovely breakfasts

I stayed there with my SIL for 5 nights. Starting from the reception, to the cleaning ladies, to the servers at breakfast, everybody is professional, friendly, and eager to help. We had 2 unusual situations we needed help with, and the Reception jumped through hoops to help us. The hotel is clean, close to subway, breakfast was super good and had variety. The room was great with comfy beds, and the bathroom was quite big with bathtub and shower. They offer water bottles daily for free. I drink only sparkling, and they had each evening a bottle of cold sparkling water ready for me. Our favourite place was the hotel sitting area, right from the lobby, with a historic vibe and classy setup where we spent our evenings with cocktails in our hand. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends, and will return if and when life brings me back to Lisbon

Most aspects of the hotel were good. The staff were pleasant, well informed and helpful. The food and service in the main Cozinha restaurant were not up to five star rating.
