Nice hotel. Good pools and fabulous views...

The stay did not happen since the problems started with the reservation. It was confirmed on the phone and email booking that the payment was made at check-in. Since I received a new email informing that I would have to make 50% of the payment up to 3 days before without any explanation regarding the information given in the booking and confirmed by email. I questioned the divergence of information by phone and the answer was unprofessional. Judging by the initial incident and the unprofessional way it was treated, how will everything else be?

Hotel that stopped in time and very degraded. Poorly cleaned rooms, no air conditioning and poorly insulated. The indoor pool no longer has hot water, but cold water.
