If the location and photos were the reasons I chose to book this hotel, I was very disappointed when I arrived... The general condition of the establishment is in advanced decay. Paints are flaking, metal elements are rusty, the tennis court is unusable, the bathroom door is inflated by humidity. And the humidity is felt in the rooms, with a persistent musty smell. The spa/pool area is not much more pleasant: the pool water is super chlorinated, and the Jacuzzi water seems to be yellowed and smelly. The rest of the location: it is ideally located facing the ocean, and along the coast road which offers magnificent views. A word of advice to the owners: refresh the establishment to the standard advertised on the website.

Despite its high rating, this hotel was a huge disappointment. I truly wish I had checked the reviews more carefully before booking. From the moment I entered the room, there was a heavy musty smell that made it uncomfortable to breathe. The bed linen was visibly worn, yellowed, and even torn in places, while the furniture gave off an unpleasant old odor. Mould was clearly visible both in the bathroom and on the air-conditioning unit, which only added to the feeling of poor hygiene. The overall maintenance was shocking - I actually saw rainwater leaking through the ventilation system directly into the pool, with mould present there as well. Breakfast offered little relief: cold fried eggs, overly salty sausages, barely drinkable coffee, and only the fruit was acceptable. The final straw was the presence of insects, including cockroaches and spiders. I was genuinely worried about bringing them back home with me, especially since these were not tropical species but common household cockroaches. The only thing worth mentioning on the positive side was the view from the window.
