Pestana Grand Ocean Resort Hotel

Service is generally nice, but breakfast leaves much to be desired, especially regarding refills. Room service could be cleaner. In particular, Pestana does not respond to several inquiries. For the largest hotel group in Portugal, this is very embarrassing.
