Very good BUT no fridge in the rooms and no teapot or coffee maker in the rooms either. It is very annoying if you want to enjoy the hotel's amenities and relax a bit. Or simply drink a cold beverage in the evening at the end of the day. You can order at the bar but you have to stay there, you cannot go to the pool with a cup of coffee (I cheated and poured it into a glass). Breakfast NOT varied (the same thing for 5 days) In short, a few downsides that do not take away from the charm and tranquility of the hotel but that tarnish the experience a little. Heads up for big people: 1.40 meter bed! The restaurant is good and the portions are generous. Cleanliness is a must.

The rooms have no air conditioning or fans. They get really warm with the windows closed. If you open the windows- most don’t have screens so we spent two nights getting eaten alive and getting buzzing in our ears. We were told there were no fans to borrow. I had bites everywhere- including my face and eyelids. We also found some of the staff to be terribly rude and unfriendly. One, in particular, understood English perfectly but would only speak to us in Portuguese, and angrily. A true disappointment.

Very good hotel in a quiet area, a bit in the middle of nowhere. Not really any restaurants around, but fortunately there is dining available on-site. Very calm outdoor setting, and very pleasant inside with nice little lounges. However, the welcome was somewhat cold.
