Horrible hotel; the only good thing I can say about it is that it has a wonderful pool and the location is very good. The food is very mediocre and sometimes scarce. The rooms are old with some deplorable outlets, and let's not even talk about the mattresses; although the staff is friendly, they aren't doing you a favor, at least the ones in the cafeteria. I do not recommend it.

A 4-star hotel, it deserves 2 more. The room is small, with old furniture, the bathroom is clean but old, the toilet seat is made of plastic and moves, and the tank is broken and has been glued. The food is a buffet, well-cooked but very little variety, one fish and another meat dish with a vegetable side that is always the same. They have little dishware; at breakfast, you have to wait for them to bring out cups and glasses. Except for one morning receptionist who is very nice, the rest of the staff is unfriendly, and at one point, an employee was rude. The best thing about the hotel is the location. I do not recommend it.

The only good thing about the hotel is the location. The rooms bear no resemblance to the photos; they are very worn, with significant differences between them. The facilities are not bad as they appear updated, although the solarium and pool area are under construction and could not be used. The dining room has terrible service; I can mention today the person in charge of the dining room, we had a problem with a table that was supposed to be reserved but had no indication, very rude, without stopping talking, in a very bad manner they demanded that we get up, saying we should have asked before sitting down, I have never experienced this before. Every day we had some issue, missing cups or glasses, it is not understandable. The kitchen is fine but they have very little variety, and if you arrive a bit late, they do not replenish. Overall, a hotel I would not recommend to anyone.
