Park Hotel Porto Valongo

Upon arriving at the hotel in the afternoon, the receptionist explained everything to us about taking the bus to reach downtown Porto. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and quiet (room at the back) with a closed parking lot. We stayed for 3 days, and on the second day, I was able to confirm the reservation at another hotel in Lisbon for the continuation of our trip thanks to another receptionist (in the morning) who spoke French and even used her own smartphone because I only have a simple phone without internet; this person was extremely kind and very patient, and I thank her again. I recommend this hotel to all travelers!

Great 3-star hotel with a kind staff and a more than decent breakfast. Excellent cleanliness and connected to the center of Porto.

They asked for more 60 € in addition to the 50 € I paid per night for an upgrade, horrible room without mirrors without water without coffee looks like a hospital room...just lost a regular customer....the upgrade includes water and by the seen mirrors in the room
