Well located in the city center. The staff very attentive. Everything is clean and very hygienic. I only have one repair to make and that is that the bathroom showers are very small and have a curtain that makes it very uncomfortable when taking a shower, they have to make changes, the floor is also full of water.

Great. Efficiency and great availability to help. I highlight the employee Gabriela Faria for her friendliness and availability...an example for many people. Everything worked perfectly, meal, room, cleaning, etc.

We stayed here for one night only while walking the Camino. It was a bit tricky to find due to its location inside a mall. The front desk staff was friendly and gave us a good recommendation for lunch while we waited for our room to be available. The room was clean, the air conditioner was fine, and we had no trouble with the internet. The hotel was conveniently located. Breakfast in the morning was very nice! I would have given a higher review but for the bed - for us it was very uncomfortable!
