I had a great stay at TRYP by Wyndham and would definitely come back. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always pleasant, which made for an enjoyable experience. I especially want to recognize Juan, who checked us in. Although we were frustrated because of everything we experienced—especially since we were trying to enjoy my birthday—he remained professional, patient, and did his best to accommodate us. His effort and positive attitude did not go unnoticed, and I truly appreciate the customer service he provided. The only downside was that the parking and additional fees were unexpected. It would be helpful if those costs were communicated more clearly before guests arrive so there are no surprises. It also took a little while to receive clean towels and washcloths when we were getting ready to go out. Since our room had more than two guests, it would have been nice if housekeeping had provided enough towels and washcloths for everyone without us having to request more. Other than those minor issues, I have no complaints. The hotel was comfortable, the staff was excellent, and I truly enjoyed my stay. I look forward to visiting again—just with a better understanding of the additional fees.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. Our first room was disappointing. It had a strong moldy smell, and the curtains were visibly dirty and in need of replacement. After I brought the issue to the staff's attention, we were promptly moved to another room and upgraded to a premium room. While the cleanliness was much better, there was still a noticeable moldy odor. The breakfast was also underwhelming, especially for the $20 price tag. The eggs were cold, and some of the pastries seemed stale. Overall, I didn't feel it offered good value for the cost. That said, there were two standout positives: the pool and the staff. The pool area was clean, well-maintained, and enjoyable throughout our stay. Most importantly, the staff were excellent. A special thank you to Arnaldo, who acted immediately when I reported the condition of our first room. I would also like to thank the sweet lady stationed near the elevators, who was incredibly kind and helpful during our visit. While the property has some maintenance issues that need attention, the staff's professionalism and the nice pool helped make the stay more pleasant.
