Best Western San Juan Airport Hotel

Our trip was because our relative that lives in PR was sick and, staying at SJAH, made our stay way easier. The check-in process and the check-out was fast and friendly. It is nice to see the hotel manager visiting every department to greet employees and guests and to make sure guests are happy. Our room was perfectly clean and organized by housekeeper Sofía, which was very friendly. The breakfast buffet was amazing, thanks to Nayda and Luis (the best duo). Every time we go and stay there is a great experience. We'd appreciate that the prices wouldn't be so high all year long and the jacuzzi is available for use, which disappointed us. Otherwise, it's the perfect place in SJU to stay before or after a flight.

We had to stay one night in the Puerto Rico airport. We didn't want to leave the airport so we got a room at the airport hotel. It was small but all we needed was a bed and a bathroom. Don't expect anything more than the bed and bathroom. The room and bathroom were very clean. It was quiet and we slept well. We went to the restaurant and had dinner. It was good and convenient.

The service from the reception staff was very poor; they were inattentive, showed little willingness to resolve concerns, and their unfriendliness reflects poorly on the hotel owners, as their attitude suggests they are not happy with their jobs. We were two people with limited mobility; my son has a neck injury, and I have swelling in my legs. We had to take a break to continue our trip, and it was the worst decision. The food is not the best, they do not offer water in the room, and given our condition, we had to go get it ourselves. No one helped with the luggage, and they respond like robots without resolving anything.
