Condado Lagoon Villas At Caribe Hilton

Although we had an amazing view of the ocean and part of the old fort from our room (which was why my husband chose this unit - 408) and the pool was nice, our experience was marred by inattentive front desk staff, poor parking quite some distance away by an abandoned hotel, outdated furnishings, a tiny bathroom, a door lock that fell apart, internet that was out of service that we had to hook up again. It was merely adequate.

Way over priced for what you get or I should say don’t get. They gave us a lower end room than what we paid for. Flew down from freezing Wisconsin only to have a room with no balcony. Mini fridge is smaller than I’ve ever seen. This whole place is rundown and needs a major Reno. I wouldn’t waste your money on staying here. We sure won’t ever again.

I had such an amazing time at the Condado Lagoon Villas! The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful (and muy bonita!) and friendly and went out of their way to help with everything! The room and view were absolutely stunning. I was so impressed with the entire setup. I would highly recommend staying at this wonderful property in this beautiful part of San Juan. 5 star experience!! I WILL be coming back to San Juan and can guarantee that I will be staying at the Condado Lagoon Villas again!
