GULF PARADISE

This is my most unforgettable time in the this hotel,this is my 2nd time to stay in this hotel I thought it would be same before but now all change specially the front office staff I thought I was in kids kingdom the people are like robbots they don't know how even to smile and say hello they tell you only you want room ?wtf? This lady in the morning shift her name is MARIA? she's not fit for hotel job specially in reception and when they give me room in just 10 minutes somebody call you want massage ?wtf I come to relax and enjoy not to be disturb I'm not so sure if that business lady or staff and they have a very bad service from waiter to housekeeping to reception so I stay 1 day in the nightmare hotel please don't come in this place it's managed by kereelass people so bad very bad staff even the manager is like a died person he don't know how to smile even the reservation she's just a trunk of an elephant that she don't have manner to speak omg ? So I will not recommend this hotel to all my friends and I will never come back I'm this hotel. Very very bad hotel

Really beautiful entrance, big and spacious hall. Good location and good parking. Located at the center of the city. Friendly hotel staffs and management. Good food espacially arabic cuisine. Welcoming environment.

Good staff. Very helpful if you are unknown and new to the place. We got a room with complementary breakfast. The breakfast was awesome and healthy. The hotel is situated nearby to some restaurants and grocery stores. It also has snooker table. Very polite staff. Enjoyed the stay there .
