An excellent experience in every way. I come here often, and it's always just as good. Very clean, modern, excellent breakfast, restaurant with very good food in the evening, quality service.

We were accommodated for two nights. Upon arrival, we immediately reported that the shower drain was not functioning. At the reception desk we were informed that there was no technical staff available and that someone from security might be sent. No action was taken that evening, despite the fact that the hotel’s occupancy clearly allowed for us to be relocated to another room. The problem remained unresolved the following day as well. When we returned to the hotel in the evening, we complained again, this time very forcefully, about the unacceptable inconvenience. Only then did someone finally come and attempt a repair. We were also informed that the drainage issue is a known problem in room 215. The way our complaint was handled is completely unacceptable and reflects a severe lack of professionalism for a hotel claiming this level of standards. It is truly disappointing, especially given that the city itself is wonderful. Overall, the experience was disastrous — we strongly do not recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing four-night stay at your hotel, and would like to extend my sincere thanks to all staff members who made our experience so special. Everyone from reception and housekeeping to the spa, bar and restaurant provided excellent service. The team was consistently helpful, attentive and ready to assist with any request. This has definitely been one of the best hotel experience we ever had. I would especially like to highlight Mara (reception) and Adina (restaurant) for their outstanding customer service. Both went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless.
