Hotel Opal

Me and a friend of mine,stayed there for a night only,but everything was outstanding.Quiet place,very,very clean room, all amenities requiered,and the front desk girl very kind.Ps. Thank you for ordering the cab for us :) Definetely a place I will be visiting again

It's an average hotel, basic, definitely no 4 stars! My experience with their breakfast: incredible bad. As their information, the breakfast is served between 7 am- 10 am, I was at 9.30 am and no food... only scarps of food. I asked the waiter to bring some food and guess his response : it's 9.30 and I don't know if the cook can do something.... After me, another 4 people come for the breakfast, the same situation, no food! and waiter never appeared again... At the reception I asked for the book of reclamation, she asked they don't have this book of complain which is mandatory for each hotel! In the end I leave this hotel with a horrible taste, and I wonder how it's possible in 2018 to treat your clients in this way....Please be aware !

Property pictures of hotel look much better than real place. It is place where you can just drop your bags or sleep over a night maximum. Breakfast is very poor starting from selection to quality of the food.
