Seven Hotel

Stayed here for two nights and I noticed bite marks on my arm. Checked the bed I was on and noticed they have bed bugs. There’s no excuse for that whatsoever. The rooms are poorly maintained with old appliances. Don’t depend on the WiFi because it barely works. The only reason they have 2 stars because the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful.

Our Airbnb host left us stranded in Cluj (never actually cancelled our booking but failed to reply to any messages and didn't answer the phone) so we booked Seven Hotel just hours before checking in. The hotel itself is nothing special but fairly priced and not far from city centre.

The ladies working in this restaurant need some Training on how to talk to guests and take orders. I had to grab by own menu, take my own beverage from the fridge and asked her numerous times if we are able to order food. We were never acknowledged as guests and the waitress just ignored us the whole time. This level of idiocity was a first for me.
