Make sure you avoid this hellhole. The staff is incredibly stupid and unprofessional. They don't care at all about what their customers want and they charge you as if you're staying at a royal palace. Even worse, when I complained to their receptionist, she first tried to smooth talk me, telling me that it's not like I can get anything better, and then she threatened me, implying that it's in my best interest to give them a good review as long as I stay with them. From that moment, I started taking all my valuables with me when leaving the room. Just to list the things that this awful place had me endure: Dirty rooms -although they said that the rooms were being cleaned when we arrived and had us wait for about 30 minutes, they just made the beds and nothing else. There was cigarette ash on the floor, you could smell the smoke, and the bathroom had water all over the place. There was no soap and no towels. The spa area was full - I guess they also let in people that were not staying at the hotel. Unprofessional staff - we asked a cleaning lady for a roll of toilet paper and she threw I at me. Not at my had or anything, but how lazy can you be to throw something at a client rather than just walk the few meters that separated us. It was an awful experience and I hope that I won't have to go through something like this ever again.

Located in a former factory that has been converted into a hotel, the President has its distinctive proportions: the massive building plying the road can be easily passed by without one's thinking it is a hotel, floors are rather high for a hotel, rooms are, well, on the huge side (you do feel small), the restaurant equally shares its vastness. Other than that, rooms are clean and well-kept, even though the furniture might screech here and there. The restaurant serves rather bland traditional dishes; rely on grills and you will be fine. On the good side, the hotel is conveniently located right on the main road out of town and might come handy if in transit, parking is generous and staff are polite.

When we arrived for check-in, we asked for a non-smoking room. Their answer was they do not have separate non-smoking room. The room we had smelled horribly after possibly the guests before us being heavy smokers. The closets also were damped in smoke, so the bath robes. The in-house restaurant has great food, but only serves some of them throughout the day, if you're lucky. The waiters (men) are nice. There was one lady waiter who looked as if they forced her to come to work. We asked for fresh squized orange juice, she said "we no longer have", but did not offer to make some. At check-out, as we purchased the family pack and it was advertised as "late check-out at 14:00", as I went, around 11:00 to ask and make sure it was all good, the receptionist told me "ah, that is an older offer from 2014" :))) So beware!
