I saw when i arrives that there are noises comming from the window and it is not closing tight. Woke up in the middle of the night and the curtains were fluttering and the window was half opened(with the locking system closed!). Very suprins this cold night. Didn't knew why i get cold during the sleep.

The hotel has nice rooms but not at the number of stars is evaluated. The breakfast instead is another story. The breakfast is very poor. I literally had nothing to eat at 9:00 am and when I asked for decent coffee or omelet I was told that I will be charged on the room. The reception is OK and the staff is nice, but overall I had a very disappointing experience.

I recently stayed in this out-of-city-center hotel during 5 nights for a meeting with my faculty former colleagues ... I remarked the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms, the hospitality and courtesy of the receptionists but also the excellent service at the restaurant ... Unfortunately, the breakfast menu was invariable during all the 5 days ... According to the hotel’s advertising, I repeatedly requested the massage service, but it was not available ... I repeatedly requested a map (a plan) of Timisoara city, but it was not possible to find such a thing!!! ... There is obviously some room for improvements ..
