Galaxy Hotel

I want to start off saying hotel staff were helpful and kind. We checked in and got our things in the room and headed out for sightseeing. We had closed the windows and turned the air on. When we returned, the room was hot and the room smelled like a sewer. The front desk immediately changed us to another room. We kept the bathroom room closed and the bathroom window open, so it did not get too stinky in the new room. But the bathroom filled with bugs by morning. Not only did the new room not get cool the whole night, but it was unreasonably hot. In the morning, hotel staff offered another room change, but we decided to go to another hotel. The room itself is fine. There was plenty of room. Beds was comfortable, but chairs were not. Mini bar was well stocked, but fridge was not cold, so the drinks were room temp.

I stayed at Hotel Galaxy for 14 nights. At the reception was Karina who welcomed my two colleagues and I warmly. The check-in went very well. My room was neat and the bathroom was large enough. What matters most was the nice and friendly staff.

Marvelous rooms and equipment, but a pity for the bed ( very hard ) and the pillows ( also hard and interior plastic) ! Despite the luxury room, the sleeping quality is beneath the norms. The situation of the hotel is excellent, disposing of parking and restaurant
