Parc

We actually were staying at Hotel Phoenix next door, but apparently they're the same hotel aside from the rooms. All of the amenities at Hotel Parc haven't been updated in decades. It is old and run down. None of the images from the website are accurate. The "spa" area is nothing like we expected from the website images. The food was AWFUL. We stopped eating there after 2 meals. Most of the time it was cold and tasted absolutely awful. Thankfully there's a nice Italian restaurant just in town, Belvedere.

Unbelievable how such nice place is having a hotel which is back in communist period with everything. Starting with personnel from reception, continuing with the room or restaurant, nothing changed from that period. The owner took the hotel, invested nothing but trying to get a lot of money. Buzias itself is in the same situation. Nice place in the past is now like a place where nobody was thinking about guests.

I had the package "pentru inima ta " with extra tax for be alone in the double room. I would not recommend t no-one this hotel. Starting with the pool that looks really spectacular on photos, and wasn't working all week of my stay, without any clarification when it will be possible to use it; room was smelling really bed (toilet); during all my stay (5 nights) no-one cleaned my room, didn't took out garbage, didn't change towels. For the bath treatment (that was part of offer) I was forced to wait every day more then 40 minutes, without any explanation from staff, even if I had my appointment planned day before!!! Concerning the restaurant quality, starting with food and finishing with stuff and cleanness at the restaurant really negative experience: food really bed, staff really unpolite, disrespectful , even I would say violent, really dirty and poor...The only question I have is if the management from the hotel knows about all this... Because is really unacceptable to be treated like this for the money you pay! Even if they state that it is hotel with three stars, I would say that it is even not a one star! I will definitely never come back and definitely will not recommend this hotel!
