The hotel urgently requires innovation, such shabby furniture, grated carpet, and a curtain cherry in the shower. What management thinks is unclear. The place is chic , parking , location and view , can not be turned into the best hotel on the waterfront.

I'll tell you that my wife and I have stayed at the Cosmos Hotels (in other cities) before. Terrible, Voronezh, Kazan. Separate praise goes to Space Terrible, just a posh hotel! 👍👍👍 And the other hotels were happy too. But not Cosmos Petrozavodsk... it's the first four-star hotel in my life without air conditioning. The staff says it has a special design and principle of operation, but after an hour of work, with the temperature outside 29 heat, in room 28.5cm photo. But it's loud. Plus a tiny crooked hanging TV set that's 20 years old or older, plus scorched wallpaper and very modest breakfasts... I don't know how they got four stars. In terms of service level, noticeably fall short of the average roadside motel.
