HILTON GARDEN INN KRASNOYARSK

We stay in this property almost 10 days. Property location was fine and we had highest floor with a nice view of the city. Restaurant foods were nice. Gym was closed during our stay but we didn’t go to world class because it is expensive. Property has guest laundry and can do laundry by ourselves. Breakfast also okay. Refrigerator was not working in the room. We asked from the reception but they said it only work on room temperature. That’s only the issue we had but rest of others were fine. Thanks

It's not the first time I've stayed in this hotel, and I've faced the same problems every time. First of all, the refrigerator is down. That last time, that now is a useless box in which food only deteriorates. Called the front desk and they told me that "it's just at room temperature." I'm sorry, but the refrigerator has to be cooled and frozen, otherwise it's not a refrigerator. She asked if all the rooms were like this – they said yes. I doubt it very much. Secondly, disgusting noise insulation. Woke up at 6:00 a.m. to the sound of a hairdryer working in the next room. You can hear absolutely everything through the walls: conversations, showers, TV. Plus all the noise from the hall: footsteps, chatter, doors slamming. Sleep well? Forget it. At the reception, the staff act rude and annoyed, as if they were doing them a favor, that they were even being treated. One time okay, but when it's every time, it's a system. Also: meals are included (breakfast, lunch and dinner), but if you suddenly slept through lunch, you can't transfer it to another meal. For example, breakfast the next day at the expense of “missed” lunch is not possible. Although it's already prepaid. So that money just disappears. Or maybe someone's putting them in their pocket? Conclusion: the hotel could be nice, but with this attitude to guests, technical problems and zero noise insulation - I do not recommend and will not come again.

If you arrive on a night flight, you will never get enough sleep because the planned fire alarm plays out half the day!!!!! Which you won’t be warned about in advance at the reception! Thank you for the disgusting vacation and interrupted sleep on a business trip!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
