Booked a suite in the hotel. It was meant to be second best room in the hotel after apartment. Although the room was in a good location (window overlooking gardens), I was immediately disappointed with the condition of the room. Curtains were dirty, furnitures were chipped, chairs were with stains and coffee table was all shakey. The lounge was in a very poor condition. Until now I am thinking if the suit was like that, what will be the condition of the other less cheaper rooms. Saying that, the staff of the hotel were very helpful and kind. The food was good and the waiters in the dining room were very friendly. The cleaning of the room was good but could be improved. Overall I would love to return to the hotel if it could offer a better condition of the room.

the hotel is not close to any tourist attraction but is very close to a metro station. the suites are nice - airy and spacious. the dining room staff is very nice and most of the front desk staff is also helpful. but looking at the rates this hotel charges, it needs to have better service and more english speaking staff.

Me and my father arrived at night expected to be welcomed and treated well, but! There was that receptionist (man with a beard) who behaved and acted in a very bad way with us, not patient at all, and it’s because there was a problem in my father’s credit card and we received a message from our bank that payment was received by the hotel and there the receptionist goes and tells us that if we don’t want to pay we can go to another hotel!!! , for a second I thought he was joking, but that’s what actually happened, it was a very rude act of him, even the lady who was present with him that time was apologizing but unfortunately she started acting rude too and very impatient even though they were the ones who didn’t know how to speak English properly. We came to attend the biggest sports event of the year which the world cup to enjoy and that’s what we get from the receptionist, really shocking. There was no bellboy to help us with our luggage or anything except the man who was wearig a suit didn’t do anything but sitting in the couch sometimes sleeping, staring at the people and asking for ID or other documents. Next thing was the room, it felt like no one has been there for a decade or something, it was kind of suffocating, and no air conditioner. The house keeping or room service didn’t even do any effort in arranging our room it’s was really terrible, shampoo and shower gel were given in sachets, it was really my first time to encounter such thing in a 3 stars hotel, I wouldn’t even give it a single star, as far as I’ve seen other 3 stars hotel. Breakfast was so poor, mostly pork was served and me as a person who is prohibited from eating pork had to eat just bread and sometimes oatmeal only. Staff and cleaners were unfriendly, not even smiling or greeting. Very far from the center of the city and not placed in a good location. I would never ever recommend that place to anyone, it’s my first and last time there.
