Aquarium

Stayed at the hotel on December 6, 25! We're here from out of town for a ballroom dance tournament! The hotel is standard, near the site ! The kid forgot the sweater in the stands , we were told that all the things from the stands are taken to the hotel there are things that forgot "loses" ! Approached the administrator Alexander asked to see our sweater, we were turned away as things are taken to a room that works from 8am to 8pm! And the time was 8:30 p.m.! I called, asked😔explained the situation that the kids were leaving at night, I was turned away! The tournament runs until 23 pm and the room is already closed! Question? Why take your stuff? If they can't be taken back later! The administrator does not have the keys to this room! The baby left in winter without a sweater!

It's just a nightmare hotel! Don't ever stop here! The service is terrible, the rooms are dirty and stinky, outside the window the music is screaming and the reception is not responding to it! Anyway, friends are better in town somewhere! This is the worst hotel I've ever seen.

It's hell, a dirty room with shabby plumbing, no showers, the cold is creepy, sleeping in clothes, the bathroom doesn't turn off the ventilation, makes a lot of noise, but that's not the worst part. Under the windows until 5 a.m. every night drift riders, yes so that it is absolutely impossible to sleep, all 3 nights sleepless, please overpower to any room even cheaper, but despite the availability of rooms on the site the reception refuses. We wanted to save time on the road to the exhibition, and in the end we lost our health and ability to work properly.
