I had previously had a serious problem in the clubhouse during my stay on July 6–7, 2024, and the room was found to have nails on the floor, belongings of previous guests and a general feeling of untidying the room. Then I informed on my departure, I was promised to contact and “resolve the matter”, but no call or feedback was received. On the last trip on December 26–27, 2025, the situation was repeated, stains on the bed linen and gown, traces of contaminants in the bathroom, as well as a faulty socket in the room (in the photo you can see). For a hotel of category 5★, especially in the center of Moscow, this is unacceptable. Control over hauskipping, the technical condition of the rooms and the handling of guest complaints appear to have been significantly relaxed. Too bad, this hotel used to leave a very different impression. Unfortunately, at the current level of service, I no longer plan to stay here.

She stayed in a hotel for three nights and was very pleased. The room is spacious and cozy, and the main thing is completely clean. Breakfasts are very varied and there are dishes for every taste. The location is convenient: near Moscow City and the metro station, which greatly facilitates movement around the city. A separate big plus is the view from the window to the Moscow River. The staff is polite and responsive, quickly dealing with minor issues – this is very pleasing. I'd love to be back again!
