Ostankino

It's not centrally located and inside it feels and looks like a hosiptal, even the smell. I could not sleep a single night there and the staff does not speak a word in English. It's better to pay a little more and find somwhere central and more uplifting. This hotel, for our UK stantard is quite depressing.

conventional russian hotel,rooms are clean but style is a little outdated, location is ok, just a mile away from the undeground station, breakfast not bad but hot dishes need to be improved, staff were very friendly and attentive but difficult to get in english.

The hotel is older and run down but nostalgic and we could have dealt with this. The service, however, was awful. We waited 20 minutes before the desk employee called us up. She ignored us for 10 minutes and then she said she was busy for the other 10. She was not apologetic at all and showed plenty of sass. I was blown away at how rude the front desk employees were.
