I don’t know if it’s correct to write a review about Radisson Blu here, but it’s quite possible that it will be useful to someone. Integral - this is no longer the same Radisson Blu (which is practically in Terminal F of Sheremetyevo), which I knew earlier, whose program I constantly participated in and had a regular customer card. I always book in advance, trusting the service. And, if it weren’t for the advance payment, I would have left, but that’s what happened.
Let me start - the transfer is rare, the bus is old, the driver is rude. (probably the sanctions are to blame) The reception started well, promptly, politely, I get the keys, get up, open the room with the key (!) and the room is being renovated :) a couple of hard workers are cheerfully drilling the walls and hanging baguettes with the words “come in uncle, another 15 minutes” :) I’m asking a legitimate question - what about cleaning up? dust in a column! The answer is - well then, I don't know. I go down to the reception, still full of loyalty to Radisson, so I politely explain the problem. But then the Russian rudeness begins, the manager calls the senior with the words - the client came with a claim that his room was supposedly undergoing renovation. :)) From now on I turn on the hardness! We omit the Russian folklore that accompanies butting in this seemingly strange situation for a hotel of this level. As a result, they put me in a strange group of rooms (the corridor is directly opposite the reception). The rooms are disgusting, kind of technical. Never agree to live there, if anything. Below are some kind of doors or gates. They rocked until one in the morning. I no longer had the strength to fight; the 12-hour flight had knocked me down.
Well, in the end, I moved to another grid. The Russian mentality, in the absence of a stick, is capable of killing even such a monster as Radisson. So, rest in peace :)

There is a sign at the entrance to the hotel. The sign says that the upgrade is at the nearby Redisson.
Reception hall without a single employee. Silence, as in the apocalypse. It’s good that I’m without suitcases; of course, it’s not far to walk, but after a frantic day in Moscow I don’t really want to. The hotel upgrade warms the soul
At Redisson, the reception on the ground floor is empty with a sad sign that check-in is on the 2nd floor. There are two administrators at the counter.
They register quickly, but! YOU NEED TO GO BACK to Park inn. To the hotel, without staff!
Questions:
1. Why weren’t you notified in advance about the situation via SMS? I would cancel the reservation. I don't feel comfortable living in a hotel where there are no staff.
2. Why are people misleading about room upgrades?
3. Why is there no person on duty in the lobby who will explain and look after your suitcase while you go to check in at another hotel?
4. Yes, it’s a 5-minute walk, but put the shuttle at the entrance, since this is the situation, people with suitcases!
Well, it’s just scary to walk through an empty hotel building in the evening.
