Tatiana Hotel

I remember this hotel primarily for its restaurant on the ground floor with delicious Georgian cuisine. At the same time, the hotel was calm and cozy. The relatively small size of the lobby is tall, large and beautiful, where it is nice to have coffee. This hotel is the perfect place for business trips. The rooms are big, clean and beautiful. Next to the hotel is a new and beautiful shopping center "Pavelecka Plaza", where fun activities are organized.

The only upside is parking. Zero client orientation. We put them in a deluxe room booked by us (i.e. it is not a cheap room category), where behind the wall was a corporate event, the audibility was very strong in the room (bass, host and other noise-gam). Draw conclusions about audibility in this hotel. Offered an alternative in the form of a half-number. The room is located next to the elevator, audibility is appropriate. Either upgrade, attention, for the extra! Adequate hotels that value customers and want to see them again upgrade the category without paying extra in case they are at fault for not providing the proper level of comfort. The mood is ruined. Terrible hotel, I don't know where all the positive reviews came from...

The hotel is nice, great location, has been here before, but terrible treatment of customers. I'll never choose this hotel again! I arrived on the day I checked in, going to spend my day off here. I paid for a room at the front desk and literally five minutes later I was texted from work, asked to come straight away. And this hotel REFUSED to give me a refund! I didn't check into the room because I arrived earlier than the check-in hour and the rooms weren't ready. I didn't use the hotel. I didn't expect such an unpleasant situation to happen in such a decent hotel. The prices for accommodation in this hotel are very low and I hoped that customers were important, all hotels value every customer. Force majeure happens in everyone and I thought in situations like this people come into the position of others, sympathize Too bad this hotel is an exception! Next time I'll choose another hotel!
