In general, we got what we booked:
+ the room had 2 beds, which we put together,
+ the bathroom was big but with an old shower,
+breakfast was a good bonus,
+transfer to the metro (once per hour). 15 min if you go on foot
+clean bedlinnen and bathroom
+The woman who ckecked us in was friendly.
Disadvantages:
- the taste of breakfast and cleannes of the eating zones - we had to move the plates of previous guests - it was never cleaned
- strange bathroom: some things very new, some very old (the room costs 50 euro per night)
- breakfast time till 10.00
- the WORST: communication. My german friend hasn't got any documents upon check out (migration registration), which we needed later. I called the recepeion and asked to sent it by email - it is the hotel duty afterwards. The receptionist told me that we should have asked! Promised to send -but didn't. We wrote an email - no answer. Luckily, we managed without it. But we could have had problems with police because of them.
