Cold called as my booking at another hotel was cancelled unexpectedly.
Welcomed by reception staff and made to feel at home throughout my stay with lots of helpful suggestions.

This was my second time I visited Vladivostok and we were booked again in this hotel, like the year before.
The hotel is still very much the same, barely acceptable standard for one or two nights...

Very friendly and helpful staff. Close to the train station. A good breakfast and in-house cafe and bakery. Meals in the restaurant wen't too expensive. Plenty of other cafes and restaurants nearby...
