Terrible hotel took two rooms for us and a child (15 years old) from 29.08.2025 to 30.08.2025 on the 9th floor (late check-in) the stink of smoking was already in the hallway, in one room it was impossible to stay (changed) , in the other think ok, in the morning the stink was already in the room , there was nothing to breathe, reported to the reception there only shrugged off such guests we have, smoke in the rooms, so gentlemen smokers this hotel for you smoke all you want, in addition to showers leaking, furniture shabpan

Stayed at the Don Plaza Hotel for 2 nights, August 4-5, 2025, room 1512, tourist trip, 2 hours. Accommodation with or without breakfast was offered at the time of check-in, with a difference of 4000₽. They arranged a stay without breakfast. That evening they decided to pay for breakfast for convenience. The cost of breakfasts has already been 4800₽. The manager called it “well you just buy breakfast”, as if paying for a room for 2 days, we are not hotel guests, but just came to eat. The mood is ruined. Impression of the city is so bad 👎

We stayed for one night in transit, the hotel location is good, there is parking, but the room fund is old and the price is expensive. We've got a very historic number - maybe that's why it's so expensive. It's cold in the room but there's a heater.
