Hermitage

Forgot to make the promised lunch box when you left early. No apology, not even a bottle of water. The machine in the room was knocked out if you turn the kettle on.

Comfortable hotel, near the waterfront. Good beds and mattresses, linen and towels are always really white. Breakfast is very hearty and varied. I'll stay in this hotel for years if I come to Rostov. The hotel always takes into account guests' wishes.

She lived in the Hermitage Hotel from April 14 to April 18, 2025. Very pleased: location, attentive and courteous staff, pleasant environment, cleanliness, comfortable and equipped with all the necessary room, which I have chosen taking into account my wishes. I'll definitely stay here next time. Thanks to all the staff for their hospitality!
