The hotel was a pleasant surprise. All new. We booked a quadruple room. The photos are completely consistent. The interior is in beige tones, the room is spacious. Clean, snow-white linen. The staff is wonderful. I recommend. We will definitely return.

I wanted to leave a not-so-best review about this three-star hotel. On November 1, they raised prices for accommodation, and a few days later they turned off hot water and heating, no measures were taken, it’s just terrible...

I'd rater do camping than staying another night at that hotel. The rooms were terribly noisy. I could hear people from two rooms away whispering. The staffs of the hotel is far from being friendly. They seems to be coming directly from the Soviet era. No room services for all of our staying and honestly that was probably better that way as I wouldn't have trust them at all. They have a pool table (300 rub per 1 hour) which is worth looking at because this is the only time I see balls being bigger then the holes... Not saying that they were all white... Good luck with that. The worse was the breakfast (included)... OMG that was disgusting! Baloney Sausages, rice, black breads, scramble manufactured eggs and some strange brown stuff which I have no idea what it can be... Rostov is off the bitten track therefore it is very difficult to find good place to go when searching the internet. My recommendation, if you come in this region, is that you get in touch with a local expat who might be able to give you good address. Don't expect the internet to be very helpful. Rostov in general was fun but we were fortunate to meet someone who gave us the hints we desperately needed to enjoy this place... Young people (20-30) in Rostov are more likely to talk to foreigners than people over 30,,,
