Hotel Dostoevsky

Once a year, when visiting St. Petersburg, I stay at the Dostoyevsky Hotel in St. Petersburg and want to share my impressions. Location: The hotel is located in the heart of the city, making it ideal for tourists who want to be within walking distance of the main attractions. Numbers: The rooms are cozy and modern, with good design and comfortable furniture. Every room has everything you need, from a kettle and tea-making set to a comfortable bed. Service: The staff were very polite and professional. All requests were carried out quickly and without further question. Infrastructure: The hotel has a restaurant serving delicious and varied dishes. There is also a fitness centre which was clean and well equipped. Price: Perhaps for some guests the cost of accommodation may seem somewhat high, but this is justified by its location and level of service. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at the Dostoyevsky Hotel. This is a great choice for those who want to enjoy comfort and coziness in the heart of Russia's cultural capital. I recommend this hotel to all who appreciate quality and convenience!

Closed the smoking area on the fifth floor. It was very comfortable but not a foot again to this hotel. I strongly recommend against

I don't recommend... you're not expected or heard... cons??? This hotel consists of cons... let's start with the usual check-in.. family of 3 people... rented a superior room with an extra bed... the bed was chosen double... in fact got single... okay, it's not principle!!! The first surprise is a shabby bathtub... and it's 4 stars??? In the shower, the doors are barely breathing... and Lake's soul is all tattered and water is pouring in all directions... the second "star status" was waiting at night... the child had a bed... on inspection it found metal fatigue and cracks... a broken support wheel... and since it's all rusty, you can see it didn't happen yesterday... which means we were originally given such a bed and don't care about safety... In the morning I reported to the counter... but... the second night was nothing changed... separately about the sauna and fitness... it seems everything was ok... provided for the hour... only we... the first... at 10:00 a.m.... with the words - it's all there... in fact... waited 10-15 minutes for everyone to clean up... before they could... stand the cooler... and there's no water in it... nor glasses... and at the end of the bonus... in the men's 2 showers, complete absence of shampoos and gels... empty dispensers... Kind of small stuff... but... In general, I do not recommend... for this price, you will find much better!!!
