Disgusting treatment of guests! Arrived at the hotel on July 7, 2026 around 8 a.m., as the train was early. A disgruntled man slept at the reception. To our request to settle earlier answered in a hammy tone: "We have check-in from 2:00 p.m., expect to be here so early." Employee Alexander responded to a basic request for accommodation with rudeness and threats! THE HOTEL PHOTO ON THE WEBSITE IS NOT TRUE. It's not a three-star hotel, it's a lodging house. Had to cancel the reservation because the employee started threatening, he was clearly stuck in the 90s!!! But then more! For booking a room, the management of this institution refused to refund the money of 10200 rubles!. So be careful, dear guests!!! When we get home, we'll go to the investigative committee to check on this place!

Very cozy, clean hotel. Home environment. Low-cost. I'd like to thank Alexander, Zoe and Natalia for their reception. These are fabulous, benevolent people. Stayed with her husband in a hotel for three nights, suite 200. There's dust everywhere in the room: windowsills, TV, cupboards, smudged dishes. The armrest fell off from the chair, carried it to the reception on the first day, but it was never repaired. The room is stuffy, they gave out a fan that couldn't handle the heat, the trash was taken out only on the third day, even though they had asked for it earlier. What a highlight on the cupcake: the showerhead is leaking! After each visit, I had to draw water from the floor myself. They said they called the master, but since the weekend, they did nothing. The administrator gave out rags and a bucket🤦‍’”️. The doors in the room are thundering, rattling at the slightest movement. I don't recommend it. For 4,300 a day, you can find a better option.
