Asteria Hotel

The hotel has been since 5.07. To 13.07.2025. I am writing a review for the second time, my review is not published. Booked and paid for a superior room for 2 adults and a child 12 years old. Eventually they got a smoked number with the added smell of old. For adults, two and a half beds, moved, for a child who had a room paid for as an adult, got a wrecking cot, with a squeezed middle. The mattress and linen saw the views, all unpleasant grey, with a nasty smell, as if no one had ever washed them. Our complaint about such a stinky room Victoria at the reception, apparently with a special sniff, told us she was in the room sniffing, but it doesn't smell, and that's the smell of the chemistry that treats the room, and it's going to wear off. Apparently she smokes herself, so she can't smell it. We tried to come to the room only for the night, the smell of cleanliness in the tidy room was never felt! All the things smelled of this smell. The room was not changed, the cot was replaced, after contacting the tour operator, given a makeshift bed, the child slept almost on the floor. Number 603. The towels are grey, washed and disgusting to touch. Shower mould is black in the corners. When the air conditioning was turned on, the smell of smoking and urine spread throughout the room. Breakfasts are mediocre, sausages are the cheapest, pancakes and stuffing bought at Dixie's, salads with the addition of yesterday's leftover sausage. The restaurant is run by an elderly woman in pajamas, without special clothes, sticking her nose everywhere. Cases on chairs are dirty. Separately I do not advise anyone.it is strange to read positive reviews, and especially about a hotel of European level!

Rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable furniture and necessary amenities. The view from the window was particularly pleasing: watching the picturesque promenade and majestic buildings of St. Petersburg is a real find for lovers of beautiful landscapes and urban architecture. The hotel staff were polite and responsive. They are always available to help with any questions, be it recommendations for local restaurants or tips for attractions. Registration was quick and smooth, which also created a positive first impression. Also purchased several excursions, directly to the reception. As for the location, the hotel is in a very convenient location - close to the main tourist routes. You can easily walk to the world famous monuments, and after a busy day it is nice to return to a quiet and peaceful corner. Breakfast: The range was varied enough to start the day in a good mood and fullness. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay at the hotel. This place is ideal for both tourists and business trips.

We loved it all! They were afraid, reading the reviews, but the place and the price were right. The room was clean and comfortable enough. Breakfast is good, I like it sweeter, husband is fuller, both left well fed, everything was delicious. At the reception the receptionists helped, explained the directions and we even purchased a sightseeing tour from them. They were also afraid, but it turned out to be a good one, everyone saw and recognized on the first day, then they themselves in detail. Even glad they chose this place over noisy Nevsky. It's a bustle. I think I'll send more parents here in the summer)
