Stayed at the Best city Hotel 3* (Osipenko 3). We stopped forcibly because wherever we called, there were no empty rooms, everything is booked because it is January 3, tourists are full. The location of the hotel is good, the location is excellent, everything is nearby in walking distance, from the window was a view of the Volga river. The room is spacious, the furniture is good, the windows are big - that's the end of the pros. When entering the hotel, the reception is very dirty, the worst mud lies caurolin. It is also by the way at the entrance, in the dirtiest, in a total anti-sanatorium, in the small reception you will be fed breakfast, because there is no room for eating in this hotel! Checked into a room, ground floor. Upon inspection it turned out that we did not change our linen after the previous guests!!! Bed linen is dirty, stained, visible to the naked eye - I've never seen this before. The mattress is dirty. The window is broken, the cobwebs are even black on the windows. The bathroom is black mold. The carpet is so dirty and smelly, we were afraid to step on the floor, even in our socks. The room is not ventilated because the window is blank and there is nothing at all on at least a kind of photo, the ventilation is not working. When the receptionist was asked how to ventilate the room, they told him to open the door to the hallway, and the hallway also smelled of dirty caurolin and the air was stale. The administrators are all like one - unwelcome, ham-fisted, showing all sorts of things that they're best not approached with requests. Samara's a beautiful city, but we've never seen such a disgusting hotel cleaning before.

Accommodation. Arrived at the hotel at 2 p.m. Room's ready, suave receptionist issues keys. Room 212, we go to the stairs, but it turns out 212 is not the second floor, but the first floor! The room is spacious, but overlooking the blank fence of a nearby building, 10 years ago would have been considered good. And now - carpet covered in creepy, huge divorces, tulle with holes, the curtain on the cornice of the spruce closes (somehow not clothed), lampshade in spots and Attention - spots on the tension ceiling??! The bath is surprisingly clean, with a little dark mould on the sealant in the corners, but spacious... the mattress is crumpled, the pastel is fresh, but the sheet doesn't hold well on the mattress. The TV shows one channel, there's a noticeable bar on the screen. No phone... In short, if you dry-cleaned TOTAL and replaced the mattress and tulle there would be nothing, and so only 1. Service. Because there was nothing to assess one night except the disgruntled look of administrators really responding to requests. When checking in, the room for two had one towel and one toilet set (it had a surprising toothbrush with dried paste, by the way) - the second was given away. There's also a huge stain on the carpet before reception. The dishes aren't cleaned until you leave at breakfast, and the availability of food, appliances isn't monitored very well. And when they were evicted, they weren't the first to say, “Goodbye” and even more so “Waiting for you again” .... So the service is 2. Food. Breakfast - see photo (this is all + ordered eggs or porridge). Not bad for a threesome: surprisingly delicious cheese and edible sausage, the presence of 2 salads and fresh vegetables, muesli and some cookies and somehow condensed and jam, although there are no pancakes and pancakes. Juice and milk (in a jug, from which in addition to a mug, milk is poured on the floor - speaking of service). The coffee is instant, and the water is not from the kettle, but from the cooler... I'll give you a good 4. The best thing by the hotel is the place of accommodation. 5 minutes to the Embankment, and the car has a place to park (after 5 minutes of searching), although the hotel does not have its own parking, and the common one at the entrance - for the disabled (from it with us the tow truck picked up). Samara by the promenade - beautiful, and the promenade itself, reminds Dubai-Marina, especially considering the Rosneft building ... Best city Hotel wish to do dry cleaning TOTAL, replace TVs and amuse administrators...

The hotel is located near the embankment and next to the Alabinskaya metro station. The room is spacious, bright, with air conditioning. The bed is large, double, with a comfortable mattress. I slept great. You can see the Volga from the window. Breakfast is varied and complete.
