Suite number. Windows are dirty outside and inside. Change the chairs, they're shabby and wobbly. Linoleum is outdated, the couch is just dirty. A room isn't worth its money. A huge plus: the toilet's been renovated. Bed linen is clean. Room is spacious

A very old and run-down place. Was last here three years ago. It's a terrible time. Very bad fridges and loud in the hallways. It's impossible to sleep, especially near an elevator. The walls are thin, so be careful. And not clean enough yet.

I was in Kazan on a tour, renting a hotel for the night from 05.07 to 06.07. The heat outside is +36. When checking into the rooms, we were not warned that the entire hotel did not have a split system. When they came out on the floor, the foul smell of dirty, stale carpets hit their noses. The surface is dirty, in some spots. The same smell met us in the room. Plus, spirits and roast. Had to open the window, but it didn't help +36...The fridge is weak, it can't handle at all. The bathroom is the only thing I liked about the room. When they approached the front desk for an explanation, they told us they'd be fine within an hour. But it didn't happen. We went down again. So they turned to administrator Aidan. This is the most rude, uncouth, unstable employee and person. To my questions that I was asking, he started yelling at me, and saying that I was attached to him with those questions. I'm 52 years old, he's 30 years old. What right he has to yell at me. I could barely resist crying. So instead of walking around the beautiful city, I looked for a room in another hotel. I don't recommend visiting this hotel.
