Meshal Al Salam Hotel

Nice hotel. Well located at Al Salaam road. 5 minutes walk to and from Masjid An-Nabawwi - Mosque of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). Rooms are clean. WiFi in room. Nice decor. Nice buffet breakfast I definitely recommend

Very dirty bathroom holes & gaps everywhere in bathroom ceiling no privacy, very dirty hotel, very unprofessional reception staff , smokers zone everywhere in hotel , air conditioning don't work, wifi signals is rubbish. Shuttle service unreliable.

Pros: The AC and internet connection was OK. The room was clean. They allow for late checkout up to 14:30 which was good in that crowded period, Hajj time. They kept my luggage safe till evening. Cons: There is a dewatering construction site just beside the hotel which made the night like a nightmare from noise. It is not the closest walking distance to the mosque, especially for ladies prayer places. There was no floor towel. The kettle has a smell although it seemed clean so I didn't use it. The light is so weak to read anything during the night. P.S. My booking did not include breakfast.
