I would like to sincerely thank Harris from the Concierge team at Sofitel Dammam for his exceptional service. He went above and beyond by helping me place an online food order, patiently guiding me through the app, and even personally bringing the food to my room after it arrived. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help made my stay much more comfortable. Harris is a true asset to the hotel, and I genuinely appreciate his outstanding hospitality. Thank you!

Unfortunately, the rooms are old and do not keep up with modern technology. Special thanks to the waiter (Junnel) for his excellent service throughout my stay at the hotel.
