The hotel is old which is fine but the attention to detail is concerning Moisture in the bathroom, rust and breaking a part items, old smelly fridge, carpet old. From outside you wonder if it is open and looks like one of this ghost hotel in horror movie Gym, pool, other are inexistant Breaskfast is what it is, seen worst but reflect the state of the hotel After price is low very low and in the end it is an hotel where you can sleep. It is probably ok for guy arriving late and having to sleep 1 night before going to work but I would not bring wife or kids there. Shame because the hotel has a great potential and with big investment could become a must stay place. Good for thought

The hotel is good, service and food also good, convenient to reach shopping mall and other destinations, every day housekeeper came for cleaning and maintaining hygiene, overall my experience is good,

I came in a group of 10 on an official trip, The check in took almost an hour and a half. The rooms are so dull and the walls seem to be made of cardboard. The internet is the worst, cannot connect to my phone from the room, have to come down to the lobby everytime i need to use whatsapp cause thats the only place where the internet would connect. Even the IT guys are absolutely useless, all they do is talk but they have no idea how to diagnose a problem. The breakfast at the door is absolutely pathetic. How can this be a 4 star hotel. Ive stayed in a better 2 star hotel than this. The only good this about my stay was housekeeping who was fast and did his work diligently. I would highly recommend not to visit this place.
