Ambassador Suites Jeddah Hotel Apartment

Since 3 days I am trying to the giving number on booking. No one answering the call. My brother coming from Pakistan on Saudi airline. Hotel room booked for 5 nights. I want to get driver number who will receive from airport. But no one answering. I don't how staff will behave during the stay 00966530293855 I am also ambassador of a five star hotel in dammam

I have stayed in this hotel for 5 nights and during my stay here i have got the worst service i have ever had.Workers are unfriendly.i never suggest anyone to stay in this hotel as there is no good service.During my stay in this hotel,i gave them my clothes for laundry and they destroyed my clothes without getting any reponsiblity by what they have done to mu clothes

We stayed one night at this hotel as we had an early flight back to the UK. The hotel is near the Quraysh Bridge so make sure you tell your driver as its part of chain of hotels owned by casablanca hotels and the driver took us to the other one instead. The hotel has rooms with a lounge and shower. There is a small kitchenette with a couple of plates cups and a fridge. But there is no electric kettle only a metal one which does warm up on the hob after 20 mins. There is a small local shop (bakala) where you can buy croissants, cakes, biscuits, tea, sugar, milk, water and lots of other small items. The rooms in the hotel are very big. Please note there is only one UK plug socket which is for the washing machine in the bathroom so you will need a saudi plug adaptor. Reception did say they would have lent me one so im not totally sure on this. The rooms are comfortable as the hotel has been recently refurbished. The best bit is that its 15 mins away from the airport so only a short drive. It also have adequate free wifi services. All in all good for a one night stay.
