Durrah Beach Resort

Since the opening of this resort me and my family keep visiting this resort and spend few days for relaxing . However, we noticed every time we come back, the services and the suits beds quality getting woors and wors . we did reserve one suit as we usual do from 11/12 till 11/14/2017 and the following is my comments: 1- the hotel was almost empty because the dates were not in the holiday days. 2- we can not set comfortably on the couches because they were in dad shape. 3-Bath rooms showers were having several problems 4- Room services employees do not care to remove the old tray from the day before,even though it was place out side the doors,and you could ges what the birds and the winds will do? 5- Very studied action done by the resort when they fix under the low level of the swimming are huge pipe with no warning or sign to the visitor. We had a very bad time because we hit this pipe. several time because it was hard to see it. Unfortunately i did surfer most with several cuts in my foots special i am diabetes patient. I had to go to the KFSH emergency were i had some injection and antibiotic to treat the wounds. I did inform the management about the issue,but ,they seems no care Finally. They do not have any type of Quality control despite the high price they charge

I booked a suite with one bedroom for 3 nights , it's the only beach resort in the city the room facility is very poor no coffee maker or water boiler for example . The furniture needs to be replaced with new and modern design , they have to pay more attention of cleaning specialty in the public areas!!! The food quality is very bad. The variety of breakfast is too limited. I have visited this place several times before but it was good. I don't know what happened !!!! The beach is nice and clean and the staff is very helpful.

All right, with the only exception that I had the car in the parking damaged !! Although there were only three cars, the Direction of the Resort has not taken any initiative to find out who was the culprit, and not even considered that it had to apologize for the incident! VERY VERY BAD !!!
