In room service, Mr. Dirar, Ashraf, Saroj, Abdul Khaled, and Saif Al Islam provided impeccable care. The restaurant team—Chef Mahfouz, and service leaders Mr. Jamal, Yousif, and Mohammed—delighted with their expertise. And the Sports Club team, equally wonderful, deserves applause. Fantastic hotel with a garden by the sea, polite, sociable, professional staff. Every day fruit plate in the room and bottles of water! Note of merit to the restaurant waiters, they were welcoming and super nice to the children, especially Hussam, an extraordinary man! The only flaw, the separate pool men and women.
