Dar Al Ghufran Hotel

I had a truly pleasant stay at Dorar Al Eiman Hotel in Mecca. The room was very comfortable, clean, and provided a peaceful atmosphere after long days of worship. It had everything we needed for a restful stay. The food served at the hotel was delicious and suited our taste perfectly. There was a good variety of dishes, and everything was fresh and flavorful. What made this hotel even more special was its location—just a very short walk to the courtyard of Masjid al-Haram. Being so close made it incredibly convenient, especially during prayer times. Overall, Dorar Al Eiman is a great choice for anyone visiting Mecca. The comfort, food, and unbeatable location made our trip truly memorable. Highly recommended!

Every thing in the hotel is extremely bad I called the housekeeping and the front office for several time and they didn’t answer, the service in this facility is bad ,I don’t recommend it for anyone, the rooms are very dirty and the view it just a wall

Firstly its very difficult to find the hotel as it is hidden in Safwah Shopping Mall. The entrance to this mall is very small and gets extremely crowded during peak times. The cards we were given to unlock the door would take 20+ attempts to open the door. In the bathroom the shower floor was only clean where the water falls, the rest of it was filthy. The price I paid was very expensive for 1 bedroom with 5 single beds. The room itself is very dark as there is no lighting from the windows. When I called the room service to bring some mugs for tea they did not bring them until I called again 2 days later. 2/5 of the beds were very hard and uncomfortable and the other 3 were average. In conclusion, my booking was not worth the money and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
