Extremely frustrating and a very third class service by front office staff, for the premium amount we pay is this the service you provide? They kept us waiting for over 1.5 hours while all others got their rooms, we arrived at 4pm on the checkin time, we had paid for 10 rooms already, after showing the booking numbers and etc still they asked us to be seated, we had taken a train to come here faster but still it made no sense to come here and sit and wait, my 9 months baby was hospitalised yesterday and thats the whole reason we took a train to come here. Such a shameful act by your team, very frustrating service. Especially the guy with the black thobe, as soon as he saw our 10 room booking he was frustrated, is this what we pay for? Do you think we pay you to get this sort of frustrating service? I want an urgent reply for this.
