To be objectives my experience was averaghe. Location and breakfast was very good. Room needs renovation and a modern touch. You cant make phone calls neither local nor international. The staff needs a lot of improvement in customer relations to deal better with guests.

First Time to be here so we came around 11 am and we have early check inn within 5 minutes which was great and the bell boy was active and he was helpful Other than that the room was old and mini bar having 2 water and tea without coffee Room was having many insects specially mosquitoes which was so bad and disgusting I call 5times around 5 am looking for extra towels but no answer so I decided to take shower without towels The key at the room always not opening and you need to go every time down to validate it The bathroom was nice in size but old towels need to be changed and the only good thing is water pressure They did not clean our room even we put sign of cleaning and we are staying 2 night so I call them and I ask for water and tea Also I ask for towels but they brought one small towel and we are a family I didn’t try the breakfast it’s worthless Hotel deserved one or two stars maximum
