Horrible experience. Landed up and found out that hotel is nothing like pics on Agoda. tiny room, Leaky ac, no wifi. Extremely rude and insulting staff behaviour. The room was not at all inhabitable. Had to vacate and book somehwere else at midnight. BUT AGODA and HOTEL refused to REFUND. SG polics must look into this matter. What a shame for SG tourism. This hotel is daylight fraud.

Third rate scam hotel. Dirty room, leaky ac, no water in bathroom and when we said we want to leave they refused to pay the money back. Someone in SG should complain to the cops

Terrible hotel! Room was so tiny, you had to walk sideways to get around. Cockroaches in the bathroom. No service. Front desk guy was rude. Do NOT go here.
